Yep, we know, the expression is practice. We practice our process regularly, so we get it right every time. Instead of the relatively standard 6 or 12-month inspections, we do them every three months.

We believe that tenant selection is the most important part of the job and have a rigorous and reliable process for finding them and vetting them. Getting it right saves everyone headaches.

When it comes to making the final decision, we hand the control over to you, with our expert guidance close at hand. If you don’t select someone immediately, we promise to keep the property well-maintained until someone is in.

  • How we market for lease
  • How we coordinate inspections
  • How we evaluate renters

During Lease, we coordinate every aspect including –

  • Liaising with the renter
  • Collecting rental payments
  • Providing routine general inspections
  • Providing maintenance management
  • Disbursement of rental funds
  • Payment of council rates and other expenses
  • Negotiation of rent increases
  • Processing of renewals and arrears
